Outrage at women’s modesty

Indian Men have lost the concept of consent matter

Murder attempt

Aniruddha Roch Chowdhary directs the movie “PINK”. It is about the story of a courtroom in which we see the plights and daily struggles of women. This is something all women can relate, regardless of age. It’s a common scenario for girls, whether they were in the same position or not. It is a damning indictment of society and our shortcomings.

There are many struggles that can occur during and after incidents, including defamation. Molestation, threats or teasing can also be used. This shows how women are submerged under the oppressive patriarchy, misogyny. It revolves around the process and how innocents get intimidated and silenced by their superiors. Deepak, the lawyer who saved them from their worst times, was a great actor and a nice role model. Minal uses a bottle to attack Rajveer, injuring him badly. This leads to a dog-cat chase. The men who intimidate and malign them make their lives miserable. Rajveer makes it very difficult for girls to get a false FIR filed against them, claiming they are prostitutes.

After a time when they are unable to accept the accusations and breakdown, the prosecution council continues to intimidate them. The prosecution council continues to mislead the court by providing fake evidences and witnesses, and adding facts that were not true.

The film begins to take a dramatic turn after Deepak Sehgall, a retired defense lawyer (Amitabh), takes up the case. He said, “No isn’t just a word. It’s a full meaning, complete sentence.” This was part of his closing argument.

The movie depicts a conflict between male and female leads after a rock concert. After dinner, they go out to drink and have sex. One of them inflicts two female leads, and then, in self-defence, she smashes the bottle on his head.

We see later that the male lead’s cousin is trying to get revenge on them by intimidating, threatening, and kidnapping them.

The movie focuses on the following legal principles:

Under article 354 of Penal Code, any crime against women which does not result in penetration of their bodies is considered to be a crime of sexual rape. This is the essence of the intention and should be remembered so that the accused does not get away with a wrong exercise of his rights or information.

It is a false, unprivileged statement of facts that can cause harm to another person’s reputation or cause loss. It is subject to the law of tort.

Failing to restraining anyone in such an way as to keep that person from going beyond certain circumscrI have to admit that I agree with the entire judgement and sentences handed out by Sanjay in the case. Vishwa was only warned because he tried helping the female leads.

He might or may have been charged with the same crimes as Ankit Dumpy and Dumpy. He could have been punished under the same offences as Ankit and Dumpy i.e., criminal intimidation and defamation.

Consent Matter- An Indian concept lost to many Men.When someone says no, it is only one thing. No grabbing. No coercion. Grab your groping hands and smile. It’s not easy. It isn’t easy for a person to have loose morals. They don’t ask for it. If the aggressor does not back down, it could be used to prelude to using stronger language.

It is a disturbing world, constantly being watched by neighbours. They deduce her character based upon when she returns home from work and who she entertains. Ibing limits.

In accordance with IPC section 503, any threat to another person or his reputation or property or the reputation of any other person that is in that person’s interest with the intent of causing alarm to that individual or to cause him to do anything he isn’t legally obliged to do or to omit from doing any act that the person is legally entitled, constitutes criminal intimidation. For either of these offenses, you could face imprisonment up to two-years, fine, or both.

Attempt To MurderUnder IPC 307.07, mensa rea murder means that there is an intention or possibility of death.

It is stipulated that private defense may be sought in cases of grievous bodily harm or rape. Involuntary death is not an option.

Indian Penal Code Section 233 was amended to allow women the right kill anyone who tries rape to them. Since Minal’s Act of Grievous Hurt and Attempt to Murder was Provocation and did not require Private defense and evidence, the court cleared the female leads.

Extortion charges were not supported by any evidence and will. Rajveer was penalized under Section 354, IPC. Dumpy and Ankit were sentenced under Article 503 together with Article 506 IPC. Vishwa was given a warning.
